Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please email contact@zellousny.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
FINAL SALE
All latex garments and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Due to the delicate nature of latex, the material may be permanently affected by wear, oils, cosmetics, and improper handling.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be purchased directly from zellousny.com
- Have a return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging
- Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, oils, stains, and signs of wear
- Not have been used for photo shoots, social media, or commercial purposes
- For footwear, have been tried on indoors only
Approved returns must:
- Be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization
- Be sent from the same country in which the order was originally delivered
Use the return label or instructions provided by Zellous, when applicable - Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
RETURN SHIPPING
A prepaid UPS return label is provided for eligible domestic U.S. returns.
Customers with excessive return activity may no longer qualify for complimentary return shipping.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Returned merchandise remains the customer’s responsibility until received by Zellous. We recommend retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES
Eligible exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once your exchange request is approved, return the original item using the provided instructions. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Once your return is received, please allow 5–14 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued within 2–7 business days following processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Items returned in unsuitable condition, including those that are worn, damaged, altered, stained, or incomplete, will not be refunded and may be returned to you upon request.
Return Limits
To protect against abuse, Zellous reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or future orders if we identify irregular or excessive return activity, including evidence of wear, mismatched items, or repeated returns.
