Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery. If you choose unattended delivery through UPS My Choice®, Zellous is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery is confirmed.

United States: Taxes are calculated at checkout.
International orders: Duties and taxes are not included and are charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.

 

DELAYS

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Zellous is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date at contact@zellousny.com, including your order number and details of the issue.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Zellous is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
